The Penguin Johnny Alan
Fighting Words Cork, Dripsey National School, 5th & 6th Class,7 September 2026
One day Johnny Alan was in Antarctica. He was waddling down Fisherman’s Lane and he came across Timmy O’Toole. Johnny Alan fell on the floor and looked behind him to see who tripped him. It was Timmy O’Toole! But luckily his old friend Dwayne the penguin with dreadlocks and his cousin Lebron the fourth, who is a 6 foot 7 inches, 300 pound penguin, gave Timmy O’Toole a knuckle sandwich. Timmy O’Toole gets knocked to the ground, but isn’t knocked out. Dwayne the penguin and Johnny Alan run away while Lebron the fourth and Timmy O’Toole have a fight.
Johnny Alan tripped on something. When he looked down, it was a phone and it was ringing. When he answered it, he said “Hello, who is this?”
The person on the phone said, “This is Billy the sausage dog.”
Johnny Alan asked, “Whose phone is this?”
They started talking and started becoming friends and started planning to meet on the moon because the moon has really good apple juice they want to try.
Just before they hung up, Billy the sausage dog said, “Wait! This is my cousin’s phone. He went on holiday to Antarctica.
He probably got lost. Can you see him anywhere?”
And then Johnny Alan looked back and saw Lebron the fourth kick Timmy O’Toole in the back of the legs and he went down crying.
TImmy pushed Lebron away because he wanted to get away. Lebron fell into a food shop and into the apple juice stand. Johnny Alan drank all the apple juice and accidentally drank Lebron. Johnny Alan has a giant mouth and didn’t even notice Lebron.
Dwayne the penguin wanted to know where his cousin was.
Johnny Alan was feeling really full and he went for a sleep on the snow and just as he fell asleep, Adam the ape landed on his belly and made him feel really unwell and he vomited. When he vomited, Lebron the fourth came tumbling out. He saw Adam the ape and he went over him to get some medicine to make him feel better.
Billy the sausage dog was lost in Antarctica, too, falls into a lake and finds Johnny Alan and they start building a spaceship.
