New members sought for the youth advisory panel for Fighting Words and Fighting Words Northern Ireland!
The members of Guthanna Óga - Young Voices are the most important advisors to our staff and board, not only because they are responsible for bringing the voices of young people into a room of adults, but also because they are our only official panel that spans the whole island of Ireland.
Guthanna Óga - Young Voices brings together the perspectives and experiences from all Fighting Words centres.

We are currently looking for ten 15-18 year olds from across the island of Ireland to join Guthanna Óga - Young Voices.
We want people who are:
- Passionate about creative writing and the arts
- Dedicated to empowering the voices of all young people
- Able to commit one evening every month to panel meetings
Members will receive:
- Priority access to camps, projects and workshops
- Invaluable experience in the arts and in youth advocacy
- A place in a community of like-minded creative young people
