One day Lisa and Daisy were at the beach chilling out. Lisa was Daisy’s best friend. Lisa was super sporty - she had come first in every race on Sports Day, she was captain of the school football team and was always chosen first for everything…but her favourite sport was swimming.
Daisy was Lisa’s best friend. She had a passion for art – especially drawing and designing clothes.

Chapter 1
Finding Out The News
Once there were two children called Ciara and Conor. They both lived with their mum and dad. Their mum's name was Mary and their dad's name was Kevin.
One day, Ciara and Conor were on their way to school and they saw a poster saying:
"Selfie Contest on Sunday at 12 o’clock in the afternoon!

Simon was a little boy aged twelve. He absolutely loved space. When he was in bed, Simon would dream of going to space in an enormous rocket. His favourite movie was any type of sci-fi movie, he had Space Invaders birthdays, space-related Christmas presents. In short, everything had a bit of space-related things in it.
Our story begins when Simon got a scholarship to be the first ever kid in space. Simon was over the moon, the day he said his goodbyes to his family and friends and set out on his journey to NASA.

One day there was a nine year old boy called Phil who lived in a small cottage on St. Catherine’s Road. World War Three was going to happen that day.
Phil was going to town with his mother. When they got there, it was very busy - everyone was getting their last bits and bobs. A few minutes later, a loud deafening noise was heard from all around town. Everyone rushed to their houses.
Phil was all alone! His mother had left with everyone else. No one could be heard or seen.

I was hunting for Easter Eggs when suddenly I stumbled across the most amazing, gleaming, magical eggs.
They were spotty and stripy, they were lying in the long green grass, and I looked around to make sure no one was looking then I quickly grabbed the two eggs and ran to look for some more, I found two more.
At the end, me and my two friends Lily and Molly sat down on the concrete and showed each other what was in them.

Ava was a little girl who loved science. She was inspired by her dad (Mr. Smith), who was a mad scientist.
Mr. Smith would do all sorts of tricks, such as make her pet rabbit a human being, make himself invincible and make their house the size of a pea.
His most famous trick was to shrink a person on April Fools’ Day.

Chapter 1
The Origin of Police Officer Hot Dog
One normal day in November 2009, there was a fast food restaurant named Rade-x. They sold hot dogs and chips and stuff like that.
A boy named Tom went there every week to get a hot dog. Tom had a sister who was really into science and equations. Tom had to bring her to the fast food shop as well because she was too young to stay at home on her own. Every time they went, she would get chips. It was always the same. This time it was different.

Tom was going to the beach with his family.
He absolutely adored the beach, not because of the sand but because of the sea creatures - he thought they were fascinating.

Once a Chocolate Bar named Brunche went down a toilet. He found a cat. But Brunche didn't know that the cat was evil.
Then the cat said, “I am an evil cat.”

A huge black board covered up one of the shop windows.
Coloured chalk dust coated the ground and pieces of chalk were dotted across the ground.

Once upon a time there was a little girl called Mary. One day she went to a haunted house. The house was called The Spooky House.
The house was known to be cursed and inside was a ghost named Creepy. He used to be a boy, but he went into the house one night, even though he was told not to.
He didn't listen. He did not leave before sunrise, so he got turned into a ghost.

At night, Olivia was sleepwalking and then she found herself in the forest. She felt something on her back.
She looked and there was no one there. She was on the news because she was lost and her parents were worried.
She was scared, then Olivia was more scared. “Why do you ask?” because there was a……bear.

It was the evening when Beth was helping her Grandad Joe close the garage. He owned it. She saw a stranger walking by. The mysterious person, dressed head to toe in black, ran into the factory, three seconds later, it burst into flames.

Once there was a dog. His name was Ruff. He wanted to travel the WORLD but he had an owner so he couldn't. That made him sad.
One day, Ruff woke up (after dreaming about travelling the world). Then he went outside. A boy threw a ball and Ruff ran and ran and ran.
Ruff kept on running and running. Eventually, the ball stopped and Ruff looked around. He was in a town but he wasn't in his own town - it was different.

One day Annabelle the Space hedgehog was floating through space as usual when she bumped into her friend, the Moon.
“Hi, Moon,” shouted Annabelle (she had to shout because sound doesn’t travel very well in space).
“Hi Annabelle, I haven’t seen you in a while, is everything okay?”

A few days ago I was speaking to my Aunty Irma over the telephone. We were chatting about Olivia and when she was due. That's when it all began. I arrived at Irwa's, a cottage in the countryside, it was so familiar for me. I loved to help out, I was fascinated about the visit. "I couldn't be more happier that a pig in mud", I kept saying.
I was talking about Olivia. During the night there was some strange noises coming from the pigsty enclosure outside.

“Quick Daniel! This is your chance to follow your dreams, to get out of the orphanage,'' said Beth.

Charlie lay motionless at her feet. She had done it. A million thoughts raced through Angelina’s mind but she had one question, “Where to hide the body?”
A pang of guilt hung over her, but there was no time to be emotional. Though he was three years older than her, Angelina managed to heave her brother into a bush and started to make her way home. The knife still bloody in her pocket. The others would collect him tomorrow and she would get her payment.

Sam and Dan were working in a nuclear power plant in Dublin. They didn’t really like their jobs there but they had a roof over their heads so they weren’t too unhappy.
One day, Sam was just working when he found something out of place, but what was it? Dan’s birthday? No, that was yesterday.

(News)
Once upon a time 6 girls were at superhero school !! They were best friends. They met a fairy called the night time fairy. She was nice and kind. The friends never been to fairyland, but they wanted to go there. Just then the news came on."Girls look at this"cried Emma. K. The girls came over and looked at the news. The news presenter said "a fairy came over to the garda station and is giving nightmares to children". Oh,no cried Emma H." That's the nightmare fairy who's saying the nighttime fairy is having nightmares to children" cried Niamh.

Braydon Bear woke up early and looked around the forest. The sun shone through the leaves, the air was damp. He yawned and looked for his mum and dad, Billy and Becky, but couldn’t see them. He checked behind some other trees but no luck. He went to the lake and washed himself and decided to go in search of them. Braydon’s best friend Jennifer Giraffe was preening nearby.
“Jennifer, can you help me search for mum and dad? They’re nowhere to be found.”

There was an elephant called Aiden. His greatest wish was to go to the moon. His greatest fear was sharks and mice. His best friend was a unicorn called Hudson.
Aiden and Hudson were the best of friends. This friendship started the day the zookeeper left the gate open for the elephant enclosure. So all of the elephants were able to run free! Every elephant went a different way. Some went south, some north, some east and even west! But Aiden ran up the rainbow!

Ok, you noticed I am angry, but this time am so angry. I'll tell you the story. On my way to ballet I tripped. I thought my knee was broken but it was not. When I got to ballet my tights were tight and itchy. My ballet teacher said that I was disturbing her class so I got kicked out of class. When shopping with mum, I remember it was turn to pick the cereal. So I picked Rainbow Pops but mam said I have porridge and that it was a waste buying them.

Once upon a time there was a boy called Fergus. Now Fergus was not a normal boy.
Fergus had one eye. He was born that way and everyone thought he was very weird looking with only one eye, but he was used to that.
When he reached the age of 10 he only started school because he was home schooled, "could you imaging that", he hardly made any friends.

Once upon a time there was a girl called grace. Grace loooooooved kittens. She even made a poem called: Kittens. Ok lets move on from her poem.
She love kittens so much she had kittens on every thing, clothes, pillows, curtains, and even wallpaper. But the trouble was that she had no kittens and what was the fun in that?
Everyone except her had at least one cute pet. Everyday after school she would go to the pet shop and see if they were selling any kittens.

Chapter 1
The Discovery
One day a little girl called Ailsa was sitting by the lake with her friend, Sky, when there was a cool, strong breeze and Ailsa and Sky were swept off their feet. Suddenly Ailsa and Sky felt as if they were shrinking, tinier and tinier.

This is the story of a boy called Aaron, who dreamed every night when he was in bed with his thick duvet over him and his cuddly toy Ted.
Aaron dreamed of dragons and amazing things to see, like rainbow rivers and talking trees.
In one of Aaron’s dreams, Ted learned how to talk. Ted could sing and dance and even go for a walk.

Dan trudged around his room in a temper. He was bored.
Dan’s dog Frank had chewed up his comics, his friend Mason was at his grandad’s house learning how to be a spy, his rugby ball was punctured, his brother had hogged the TV and his sister had hogged the computer. She wouldn’t even let him have one go on Snake Master’s Revenge 2, his favourite game ever!!
Cara always hogged the computer, she said it was for her homework but really she used it to watch videos on YouTube.

Once upon a time there live a dragon called Jack and jack wants to break a world record of making 100 peanut butter sandwiches in 1 hour.
But Jack is afraid of peanut butter. And he doesn't know why. Jack's best friend is a handbag called Arianna.
Arianna tried every thing to help jack over hs fear of peanut butter but nothing worked.

“Do we have to move to a new house, Mummy?” asked Maddy.
“Darling we have to, it’s closer to your father’s new job,” said Maddy`s mother.

Once upon a time in a land far, far away there lived a crew of salty scary pirates on their ship, The Black Donkey.
Peter and Plexus were the top bananas. They’d met in Pirate School. Peter had a very little brother called Nugget. Boon was very booney, booting people off the ship when he felt like it. Furry had a hairy chest with a gold jewelled necklace. Claw had sharp fingernails. Double Duck Quack Quack was half duck. He said “Quack quack” after every sentence. Chef Dusty was the head chef. If he was angry, Chef Dusty would bang his meat cleaver - especially if anyone asked for seconds.

Once there was a dog called Louise and the owner was called James. James was a happy boy.
One day, James and Louise were playing catch with a ball. James threw the ball very very far into the forest.
Louise went into the forest to get the ball.

Then she got out of the pond to look for Zack her best friend - a caterpillar with 100 zigzags, to have a party.
But he was not at his house! She walked one hundred metres and then met Zack.
