It was Pickle Day. Outside it was raining cats and dogs…and pickles.
Mr Pickles, a 27 year old sushi restaurant owner, walked out of his house and looked up at the sky.
He thought to himself, “I need my umbrella.”
Unfortunately his umbrella was broken so he went next door to his best friend’s house to see if he could borrow his electric umbrella.
Mr Pickles’ best friend Mr Power was delighted to see him, they shook hands and Mr Pickles got a big electric shock!
Mr Pickles said, “Stop shocking me! Its really annoying!”
Mr Power said, “It’s not my fault, I’m made of electricity.”
Mr Pickles went back out of the house in a huff, but later when he came home he found a big cardboard box on his porch. There was a note sellotaped to it: “Sorry for shocking you earlier. There is something very special in this box for you. I hope we’re still friends.”
Mr Pickles ripped open the box, inside was a big bunch of flowers and a sushi robot! Mr Pickles said, “This could be a new assistant in my restaurant – I shall call him Robo.”
