We are on lockdown
It gives me a frown
It brings me down.
We can do our best to smile.
Hopefully we can see everyone in a while.
Daddy works from home
And he does his files.
Mammy goes to work.
She will be home in a while.
Some people are all alone.
They wish they had a clone.
When I do FaceTime,
I feel just fine.
I miss football.
I miss everything.
But I’m okay.
I’ll do my thing.
I’ll go for a walk, maybe on a hill.
Then I’ll come back, watch a movie and chill.
I miss my friends
And having a laugh.
I miss going to the zoo and seeing a giraffe.
