One little butterfly

Watching a delicate white butterfly fluttering in the sky gives me hope, lifts my spirits, lights my way through the dark, lonely, vulnerable depths of my grief. Flying so free, so effortlessly, so tenderly. As I watch her floating along I join her flight. My eyes dance with her, raising my view upwards, out of the darkness and into the bright, bright light of this one fleeting, precious moment of pure, natural beauty. Hope, freedom, purity, joy, fragile and delicate yet so real, right here, right now.
