Once upon a time there was a guy called Bod(e).
He was walking down the street bumping people into oblivion with his belly, while thinking about beating Jim-John the greatest boxer in the world.
He went home and started sunbathing. Then Jim-john came along and hit him on the belly with a baseball bat.

One day Goldie the goldfish was wondering, “What would it be like to be able to swim?
Seeing as I can’t swim, my fear would be that some girls could come around and catch me.”
Goldie lived in a lake in a forest. She looked around and said, “I wish Fergus was here.”

Deep in the forest, Neville the flying green pig who wears a snorkel is eating tree bark, when suddenly the entire forest explodes!!!
He knows his best friend Elvis is there, because he can smell bacon.
Neville takes a piece of crispy bacon off himself and eats it so that he doesn’t eat his best friend.

Once upon a time there was an Irish duck called Luck. He lived outside a sock factory in Rathdrum.
He hadn’t yet hatched, so he couldn’t see much, but he had the finest looks! He knew this because his egg was full of mirrors.
As he started pecking out of his shell, he saw a rainbow and a strange bearded dog barking at ducks who were waving an English flag.

Geoff’s friend Bob the Tennis Ball just wanted to play tennis and break the ice cream eating world record.

One day, a bin truck got stuck in the alley and no one could move it. So Jeff decided to live in it.

All the other ducks in the pond teased him. His best friend, Random Raccoon, would randomly jump on people and on ducks.
This embarrassed Donko. Random Raccoon had a disease which he kept secret.

Mary couldn’t believe what she was hearing; her beloved Uncle John was gone. It was going to be a long voyage. Mary hugged her doll tightly.
‘Oh why is life so hard!’ said Mary thinking about her Uncle.
Her doll, Eliza, had extremely soft, black hair that almost seemed real, and although her frock had once been lovely and new it was now old.

Aither Astroid was a white fox with blue horns and black wings that lived in a painting in the Crawford Art Gallery. He sneaks out at night sometimes to get food.
Every day when the children come they touch and stroke the painting and he doesn’t like it!
Every time they touch the painting he disappears into another picture.

In the dangers of the jungle lived the orang-utan named Darwin and his trusty side-kick Turner the Turtle.
Turner the Turtle was not slow he was super fast. Every year the banana wrangler Peely, came into the jungle to hunt all the animals.
But of all the times he had come, he had only managed to hunt five animals. This year he is coming, but he won’t get anyone because a new superhero has arrived in the jungle.

William’s friend Passion Fruit was badly injured in the war so he took him to the forest.
They enjoyed a quiet life in the forest - until a year later, when they saw four glowing beans in the night.

Rebecca’s mum had made the chocolate cake, which was Rebecca’s favourite.
Rebecca’s Granny gave her a present. The present was in a small colourful box.

One day, Baguette Boi and his best friend Spread, the Lump of Butter, were at a cafe.
Spread had to be careful about heat, so they were sitting outside.
This was the fanciest cafe in town. There was a TV in the cafe and on the TV, the news reporter was talking about sightings of Blippys in the city.

Oscar the Oreo lives in the “Reduced To Clear” section in Pesco. His friend Patricia the Pie lives on the shelf opposite him.
They meet up in a bar underneath the shelves. Obese Owen lives underneath the Oreo shelf.
Patricia and Oscar argue about who tastes better. Oskar says, “I’m nicer because I’m a cookie.”

Once upon a jar, Pickle Peter was standing on another pickle trying to get out of the dreaded jar.
Steve the Olive, his best friend, was too weak to open the jar so Peter started using his shoulder to knock the jar over and break both his and Steve’s jar.
The person in the house was getting dinner ready so had Steve and Peter’s jars out on the counter.

As Harvey the Beagle was walking down the street, he saw an ad for a spice bag.
Harvey saw the spice bag and thought that it looked super delicious. His friend Buster the Pig came along from the farm.
“Hey, Buster, come look at this,” said Harvey. “I really want to know how this spice bag tastes.”

There was a young lady in the pet shop and she was looking for a pet.
She wanted a pug so she could go to Pugzarote too (you don’t need a ticket to go to Pugzarote, but you do need a pug).

“My greatest wish is to be a pink flying unicorn.” Then a talking pickle appears at the house.

John Joe was a beginner at gymnastics but he trained every day. He would swing through the trees but he always fell on his face.
His greatest wish was to compete in the Olympics. None of the other animals thought he’d make the team.
