The Great Olympic Jungle

Once upon a time in a dark jungle there lived a monkey called John Joe. He lived with his best friend Billy the Hippo in a tree house.

John Joe was a beginner at gymnastics but he trained every day. He would swing through the trees but he always fell on his face. 

His greatest wish was to compete in the Olympics. None of the other animals thought he’d make the team.

The Canal Man

Long, long ago, there lived a man called Billy who was always falling into the canal. 

One day when he had fallen into the canal, he found a teapot.

There was a little baby water-snake in the teapot. Then he heard the thumping of his boss coming towards him.

The Family Truth

It was the day before Emma’s 15th birthday. Her greatest wish was to meet Ariana Grande.

Emma was in her bedroom when her mother came in. She was sitting on her bed with her dog, Bubbles.

“I have a huge surprise for you in the kitchen,” her mother said.

Skinny Cow and Friends

Skinny Cow woke up from a dream. He was sleeping in the field. He was dreaming about going on a journey with his friends to the moon.

Skinny Cow and Skinny Horse were making an instruction manual of how to build a rocket ship.

“Follow the instructions,” said Skinny Cow.

The Adventures of Mr. Majinky

Once there was a red knight called Mr. Majinky who had slain three dragons.

One fine day, an evil army of crabs tried to conquer Sicily, but Mr. Majinky wished to conquer Sicily himself, so he grabbed his best friend, John the Peasant, to help him overcome his fear of crabs and take over Sicily with him.w

Jimmy the Super Pizza

Once upon a time there was a guy made out of pizza called Jimmy. 

He was made by a crazy pizza man in a pizzeria. 

The person who made him didn’t know that he was alive. 

Toilet Trip

Kilcroan National School, Williamstown, via Castlerea​, Co.Galway, 5th & 6th class, 3 May 2019

Tom the toilet wakes up in the bathroom in his house. He lives in the Pesident’s house. It’s a  clean and shiny bathroom.

However, when Tom wakes up, he sees that his best friend Pam the plunger isn’t there! He gets up and starts walking around looking for her.

He shouts out Pam’s name in distress.  “Pam, where are you!?”

A Crazy Day

Billy the elephant was sitting down drinking water when Cody the robot dog came into the room. “There is a bat in the hall!” he cried.

Billy ran away and nobody saw him for two days. While Billy was gone, lots of rats came into the house.

Cody said,“Im going to eat them all!”

Once upon a time there was a human called John, who was a rock picker. His dream was to become a billionaire.

John’s greatest fear was a monster called Goro. Goro was big and tall, wore ancient armour and breathed fire!

One day John went to the beach and started picking up rocks that he liked. He worked for a man called Mr Kava. 

The Mysterious Soup

Once there was a man called Bob the soup maker and his greatest wish was to become the Manager of a famous restaurant.  

But the owner of the restaurant, the Chicken Wing Monster, wouldn’t let him.  

Bob would not stand up to him because of his evil side kick, Bouncing Betty, the clown.

Bozo the Horse

In the world of myths and legends lived Bozo the horse.

It was a calm, warm day when Bozo went to see his friend Turkey the pony.

“Don’t say I’m small, I’m tall!” said Turkey frustratedly.

Defender of the Forest

Once upon a time a forest girl went on an adventure in a new part of the forest.

There was a poacher who went out into the forest on the same day. 

Forest girl fell out of a tree onto the poacher’s back.

The Evil Elf who tried to be happy
