Pen to Paper: The Writing Group for Fighting Words Volunteer Mentors!
One of the benefits of volunteering with Fighting Words is the opportunity to come together and write - Group Coordinator Katie Reynolds shares more about it here!
Pen to Paper is a group of Fighting Words volunteer mentors who enjoy writing in our spare time. The group are very welcoming and it's a great chance to work in a quiet, communal space and to receive feedback and encouragement from your peers.
We gather for a writing session every three weeks from 6.30pm-8.30pm on a Tuesday evening at the Fighting Words centre at Behan Square, Dublin 1.
Some members of the group performed work created at Pen to Paper at the recent open mic night for Fighting Words volunteers and we look forward to being part of the next sessions!
