As part of First Fortnight, the annual festival that raises awareness about mental health challenges prejudice and works to end stigma, Fighting Words is hosting a workshop for young writers aged 6 to 8 years on Saturday, January 26th!
Create A Character at Fighting Words!
Where: Fighting Words, Behan Square, 12-16 Russell Street, Dublin 1
When: Saturday, 26 January 2019
Time: 11am to 12.30pm

During the first half of this fun and interactive workshop, we will work together to create our own characters, thinking about the characters' wishes and fears...what makes them happy, what makes them sad and everything in between!
In the second half, everyone will draw and/or describe their own characters and can then send them on an amazing adventure!
This workshop delivered by a team of Fighting Words writing tutors and illustrators.
