The Birthday Surprise

It was Troy’s birthday. His party was at Ballymun Sportslink. There was a big chocolate cake, pizza, chicken nuggets and chips and loads of sweets. 

All Troy’s friends were there and they were all having a brilliant time.

Troy’s grandad was having a cup of tea in the party room with Troy’s grandmother and his sister Leah. 

The Magical Mushroom

Once upon a time there was Sean, the Magical Mushroom. 

He was hopping past his mother’s house when he fell into a bowl of curry!

He wished he could turn in to a giant mushroom so that he could fly out of the curry.

A Turtle’s Purpose

St Patrick’s National School, Drumcondra, 4th Class, 18 May 2017 

In a galaxy as far away as your grandma’s house, Timmy the turtle had just woken up. 

Timmy realised his house was under attack by a dragon. 

He jumped into his Turtlemobile and escaped the dragon with his best friend, Joey the turtle.

Kitty Saves the Day

One day, Kitty the cat and Taz the dog were running together through the park. 

They saw a lake of water. 

Taz jumped in but Kitty didn’t. 

The Ugly Sunflower

Timmy the sunflower was a little seed. 

Boquefues the bear found him in the jungle and brought him home to plant him.

Boquefues watered him every day and named him Timmy.

Chip & Coco

Chip the Cookie was the loneliest cookie in the world until he found his best friend Coco the Chocolate bar.

Chip lived in a house by himself until one day he was walking along and bumped into a chocolate bar.

“Sorry,” said Chip.

The Big Burger Escape

Brian the Burger was at the butcher’s counter in Nolan’s Supermarket waiting to be bought. 

He was worried because he might be eaten.

Brian had always been a sorrowful little burger because he didn't have any friends.

Theodore's Story

I came home from school and I got a surprise. 

It had been my first day at school and I hadn't known anybody. 

My mum, who was in hospital, had been allowed home for one night. 

Wrinklebottom's nightmare
