Joan's Olympic Story

It was Valentine’s Day. Joan and Russel were meeting in Dublin. 

They were meeting in the pub. Russel was there first and he had a drink while he was waiting for Joan.

Joan ran into the pub. She was a bit embarrassed she was late.

The Carrot-Nap

Once upon a time there was a carrot called Bob. He lived in a place called Dublin. Bob’s dream was to play football for Ireland.

Bob’s best friend was Polly the Pea. Polly the Pea loved wearing green and loved eating mashed potatoes.

One day, Bob was at his house. Polly came in and she gave him a registration form to try out for the Ireland team

Kobe’s Wish

Jack the alien worked on a space farm that grew diamonds and metal.  He made shields and swords.

In his spare time, Jack liked to help his friend Kobe play basketball.  He was the assistant coach of Kobe’s team.  

Kobe was not very good at basketball because he had no arms. The reason he has no arms is because he is a snake.

Sophie and the Ice-Dragon

Once there was a girl named Sophie who had super-natural powers of reading minds. 

She lived in a small house in the country-side in Wexford. 

There was a forest near her where Bobby the jungle spider lived. She was terrified of him. 

Sparkle’s Date

Sparkle the Unicorn lived under a rock, by the sea. 

One day she went outside and she found a turtle. The turtle’s name was Shelly.

“Hi,” said Shelly to Sparkle.

Rarry the Ferarri

Once upon a time, there was a car named Rarry. He had a friend named Wanda the Chihuahua.

One day they went to the woods for a walk. Suddenly, a snake popped out and they legged it home. On the way home, they saw a race going on.

“I gotta be a part of that race!” Rarry said to Wanda.

No Time For Monkey Business

St Fiachra’s Senior National School, Beaumont, 6th Class, 5 February 2018

Once there was a gangster monkey named T-Bone and he was eating bananas. Suddenly, he heard a knock on the door. 

Without waiting, the door was kicked down by the guards. They had been tipped off about T-Bone stealing bananas by the security guards.

T-Bone threw bananas at them. Then he grabbed his tricycle and cycled away.
